目的研究氟化氨银对乳牙脱矿牙本质体外再矿化的作用。方法 36颗离体乳牙,制备牙本质块,形成脱矿牙本质。随机均分为氟化氨银组(A组)、氟保护漆组(B组)和对照组(C组),对脱矿牙本质进行再矿化处理。采用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对牙本质进行定量分析,扫描电镜观察牙本质表面形态。结果 A组牙本质小管完全封闭,B组部分牙本质小管封闭,C组牙本质小管完全开放。A、B组的脱矿牙本质参数值、牙本质块荧光量面积、总荧光量和病损的平均荧光量均低于C组(P<0.05),A组亦低于B组(P<0.05)。结论氟化氨银和氟保护漆均具有促进脱矿牙本质再矿化的作用,氟化氨银效果更好。
Objective To study the effect of ammonium fluoride on remineralization of demineralized dentin in vitro. Methods Thirty-six isolated deciduous teeth were used to prepare dentin blocks to form demineralized dentin. Randomly divided into group A, group A, group F, group B, and group C, respectively. The demineralized dentin was remineralized. The dentin was quantitatively analyzed by laser scanning confocal microscopy and the surface morphology of dentin was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results A group of dentinal tubules completely closed, B group of some dentinal tubules closed, C group dentin tubules completely open. The demineralization dentin parameters, the area of fluorescence, the total fluorescence and the average fluorescence of lesions in group A and group B were lower than those in group C (P <0.05), and group A was also lower than group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ammonium fluoride and fluorine-protective lacquer can promote remineralization of deminated dentin, and the effect of ammonia fluoride is better.
