偏头痛是神经内科常见病，表现为单侧或两侧头痛反复发作，伴恶心、头晕、失眠等症状，病情缠绵、难以治愈，发病机制尚不明确。2008-03—2011—09，我们采用免煎中药颗粒配方天威桃红四物散口服治疗偏头痛30例，并与中药饮片配方天威桃红四物汤口服治疗30例对照观察，结果如下。
