当今时代飞速发展,推动着市场经济竞争不断趋于激烈化,而人力资源管理培训效果的好坏,在一定程度上是企业管理水平提高的关键,并影响企业在市场经济中长久发展的前进步伐。所以要实现企业在日趋激烈的市场经济中不断进步与发展,必须重视人力资源管理培训工作。笔者将探析影响人力资源管理培训效果的因素,进而提出相应的改进措施,以实现企业与人才共同发展进步。
The rapid development of today’s era drives the market economy to become increasingly fiercely competitive. The effectiveness of human resource management training is, to a certain degree, the key to improving the management level of enterprises and affecting the long-term development of enterprises in the market economy . Therefore, in order to realize the continuous improvement and development of enterprises in the increasingly fierce market economy, we must attach importance to human resources management and training work. I will explore the impact of human resource management training effectiveness of the factors, and then put forward the corresponding improvements in order to achieve common development and progress of enterprises and personnel.
