辽宁省阜蒙县林业用地多为平原及低山丘陵,受自然条件影响,林地生产力较低,相同立地条件下,造林与种地相比经济收入相差过大,群众造林的积极性不高,虽有工程造林项目推动,小开荒及无林地面积仍然达到4.60万hm2,占林业用地面积的18.70%,通过科学合理编制规划,引进新品种及新技术,提高林地生产力及经济收入,从而提高群众造林积极性,增加有林地面积,提高森林覆被率。
Most of the forestry land in Fumon County of Liaoning Province is plains and hilly areas. Due to natural conditions, the productivity of forest land is relatively low. Under the same site conditions, the difference between afforestation and planting is far greater than the economic income, and the enthusiasm of the masses for afforestation is not high. With afforestation projects, the area of small open land and no woodlands still reaches 46,000 ha, accounting for 18.70% of the total land area of forestry. Through scientific and rational planning and introduction of new varieties and new technologies, the productivity and economic income of forest land will be increased so as to raise the mass afforestation Enthusiasm, increase the area of forest land, improve the forest cover rate.
