Balanced scorecards are designed to evaluate the performance of an organization by transforming the organization’s vision into a set of four-point performance indicator architecture that transforms the organization’s “strategy” into “action.” tool. This article explores the problems encountered by domestic healthcare institutions when using Balanced Scorecards and the causes of the problems.
