风水轮流转。过去,人们常常把老板当“周扒皮”那样抱怨:“又想马儿跑,又想马儿不吃草!”现在呢?由于管理对象和环境的变迁,公司管理也像整个社会结构一样,面临着严重的解构和碎片化,“一刀切”方式绝对切不动眼前的蛋糕。老板们反倒一个个满腹心事:“虽然吃了草,马儿也不跑!”怎么办?笔者认为,所谓强大的激励,就是使用真善美的手段,利用贪嗔痴的人性。因此,最有效的激励无外乎以下三类:
