航空发动机封严涂层的特性直接影响着发动机的性能,封严涂层刮削试验台是测试评价封严涂层材料特性的关键设备,其中的核心部件是高速主轴。利用Ansys有限元分析软件对封严涂层刮削式试验台高速主轴模型进行模态分析、旋转动力学分析,分析的结果用于封严涂层刮削试验台高速主轴的研制,最后进行了高速主轴的运转验证试验,得到了两种分析结果的分析误差,试验证明在高速情况下动力学分析结果更接近运转试验的结果。
Aero-engine seal coating properties directly affect the performance of the engine, the seal coating shaving test bench is the key equipment to evaluate the characteristics of the seal coating material, the core of which is a high-speed spindle. The finite element analysis software of Ansys was used to carry out the modal analysis of the high-speed spindle model of the seal-coating scraping test rig. The results of the analysis were used to develop the high-speed spindle of the seal coating shaving test stand. Finally, The results show that the results of the dynamic analysis are closer to the result of running test at high speed.
