目的 研究大肠癌组织的微血管密度 (MVD)和血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学链酶亲和素 生物素 酶复合物 (SABC)法对 36例手术切除的大肠癌标本的癌灶中心、癌旁、切缘进行血管标记和染色。结果 癌灶中心MVD计数、VEGF表达分别为 97.2 0± 16 .80、2 .6 0± 0 .70 ,极显著高于癌旁组织 74.6 0± 13.6 0、1.35± 0 .95和切缘组织6 7.2 0± 12 .6 0、0 .92± 0 .90 (P <0 .0 1) ;淋巴结转移组MVD计数、VEGF表达分别为 96 .6 0± 17.90、2 .40± 0 .72极显著高于无淋巴结转移组 72 .0 5± 13.6 0、1.30± 0 .90 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 大肠癌癌灶中心MVD、VEGF呈高表达 ,MVD、VEGF表达高低可能成为判断大肠癌淋巴结转移、预后的指标。
Objective To study the expression of MVD and VEGF in colorectal cancer and its relationship with lymph node metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical streptavidin-biotin enzyme complex (SABC) method was used to mark and stain the foci of cancer, para-carcinoma and marginal margin in 36 cases of resected colorectal cancer specimens. Results The MVD and VEGF expression in the tumor center were 97.2 0 ± 16 .80 and 2.60 ± 0.70, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the para-carcinoma tissues 74.6 0 ± 13.6 0,1.35 ± 0.95 and the marginal tissue 6 7.2 0 ± 12.60,0.92 ± 0.90 (P <0.01). The MVD and VEGF expression in lymph node metastasis group were 96.60 ± 17.90 and 2.40 ± 0.72 respectively Which was higher than that in the group without lymph node metastasis 72. 05 ± 13.6 0,1.30 ± 0.90 (P <0.01). Conclusions The expression of MVD and VEGF in colorectal cancer center is high, and the expression of MVD and VEGF may be the index for judging the lymph node metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
