为认真贯彻执行《食品卫生法》和食品卫生标准,搞好食品卫生监督工作,现将冠县1993~1995年生产的食品检测情况报告如下:1 样品采集及方法所检样品均系我县国营、集体、个体单位生产.常规方法采样,按《食品卫生检验方法·理化部分》和《食品卫生检验方法·微生物学部分》进行检验.植物油按GB2716—88、酒类按GB2757—81、酱油按GB2717—81、食醋按GB2719—81、冷饮按GB2759—81、糕点按GB7100—86判定标准.
