一、引言 近几年来,广州港的航运业有了长足的进步,特别是珠江内河货运量逐年在增长,促使广州港成为珠三角内河货运集散地,同时也使得进出广州港的小型船舶日益增加。因此,对小型船舶的监督管理成了广州港水上安全监督管理的重中之重！
I. Introduction In recent years, considerable progress has been made in the shipping industry in Guangzhou Port. In particular, the volume of inland river freight traffic in the Pearl River has been increasing year by year, prompting Guangzhou Port to become a distribution center for inland river freight in the Pearl River Delta and also increasing the number of small vessels entering and leaving Guangzhou Port. Therefore, the supervision and management of small vessels has become the top priority of Guangzhou Port maritime safety supervision and management!
