同其它模具成形技术一样 ,在管线钢管的机械扩径工艺中 ,扩径模具工作部分的形状与尺寸 ,对成形过程具有重要影响。深入了解这两者之间的内在关系 ,是研究管线钢管机械扩径工艺的关键所在。本文运用大变形弹塑性有限元分析软件MARC ,对管线钢管机械扩径过程进行了数值模拟 ,着重分析了扩径模具的扇形角对扩径过程的影响 ,得到了一些有益的结论
As with other mold forming techniques, the shape and size of the working part of the expanding die have a significant impact on the forming process in the mechanical expanding process of the pipeline steel pipe. In-depth understanding of the intrinsic relationship between the two is the key to the research pipeline mechanical expansion pipe technology. In this paper, large deformation elasto-plastic finite element analysis software MARC was used to simulate the mechanical expansion process of pipeline steel pipe. The influence of the fan-shaped angle of the expansion die on the expansion process was emphatically analyzed. Some useful conclusions were obtained
