采用自行设计的混凝土早期收缩试验装置,进行了自密实混凝土的自由收缩试验和被动约束收缩试验。试验于混凝土浇注后一天开始,于标准试验室环境和较高温度环境下进行。分析了自密实混凝土收缩理论,以及影响混凝土收缩性能的因素。为自密实混凝上材料的发展和实际应用提供参考,也为进一步研究提供试验方法和理论基础。
Using the self-designed concrete early shrinkage test device, the free shrinkage test and passive restraint shrinkage test of self-compacting concrete were carried out. The test begins one day after the concrete is poured in a standard laboratory environment and at a higher temperature. The theory of shrinkage of self-compacting concrete and the factors affecting the shrinkage of concrete are analyzed. It provides a reference for the development and practical application of self-compacting coagulation materials, and also provides experimental methods and theoretical basis for further research.
