本文采用心理契约违背量表、创新行为量表和工作满意度量表,针对企业(浙江省内企业为主)随机抽取的知识型员工样本(180人)进行问卷调查,然后用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。研究结果表明,知识型员工心理契约违背的感知对创新行为具有显著的预测作用;知识型员工心理契约违背的感知与其创新行为有显著的负相关关系;知识型员工心理契约违背的感知与其工作满意度呈显著的负相关关系;知识型员工心理契约违背的感知对创新行为的影响是以工作满意度为中介的。
In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted on a sample of 180 knowledge workers randomly selected from enterprises (enterprises in Zhejiang Province) by using Psychological Contract Violation Scale, Innovation Behavior Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale, and then SPSS19.0 software was used Data for statistical analysis.
