本文基于目前失业人数越来越多的现状来分析导致失业问题的原因,失业人员再就业的主要障碍就是核心能力不足和工作搜寻能力不强,最后提出应该分别针对两个方面的就业能力不足开展技能培训、技能转换培训和具有针对性的就业指导,对帮助失业人员实现再就业具有重要的政策实践意义。 Based on the current situation of more and more unemployed people, this paper analyzes the reasons leading to the unemployment problem. The main obstacle to the reemployment of unemployed people is the lack of core competence and job search ability. Finally, Skill training, skills transfer training and targeted employment guidance have important policy practical implications for re-employment of unemployed persons.
