The hospital is a body that receives, treats, isolates and prevents post-illness injuries of our military officers and soldiers; it is an example of the health of the troops. It not only gives patients excellent medical treatment, but also must make all patients pass the hospital’s short-term life, receive personal hygiene, public health and other aspects of health education, and to develop good health habits. Therefore, the hospital is required to be clean and tidy except for treatment and eliminate any factors that can become the transmission of infectious diseases. Well-managed hospitals and sanitation are important in the epidemic. In the absence of proper sanitation management and non-compliance with basic health systems, these are the easiest places to spread pathogens because of the presence of rubbish, dirt, excrement and so on. Therefore, we can not tolerate cross-infection between work breaks and hospital staff due to poor hospital hygiene and irresponsibility to ensure the patient’s health and safety during recuperation.
