中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值预测高血压的价值研究

目的

评估中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在预测高血压中的价值。

方法

对象从天津医科大学总医院健康管理中心招募。2007到2013年,共随访了28 850名初始未患高血压的参与者。采用多元Cox风险比例回归模型评估不同水平NLR(五分位)与高血压发病率之间的关系。

结果

经过1~6年的随访(平均随访2.7年),有男性1 348例,女性476例罹患高血压。高血压发病的风险比随着NLR五分位水平的升高而升高。与最低NLR五分位数相比,经多变量调整后,第2~5 NLR五分位数的高血压发病风险比(95%置信区间)分别为:男性,1.05 (0.87, 1.26),1.02 (0.85, 1.22),1.07 (0.90, 1.29)和1.22 (1.03, 1.45)(趋势性卡方检验统计量为6.43,P=0.01);女性,1.11 (0.82, 1.49),0.79 (0.58, 1.08),1.13 (0.85,1.52)和1.25 (0.94, 1.66)(趋势性卡方检验统计量为3.29,P=0.07)。

结论

男性NLR水平升高与高血压发病风险增加密切相关。这个结果有可能进一步阐释高血压发病的潜在机制,并为以炎症为靶点防治高血压提供新思路。
