提出了一种激光焊接实时焊缝跟踪系统,该系统以十字滑台实现激光焊接头随动,利用机器视觉装置采集实时数据,并采用图像处理(PMAC)数控卡实现实时焊缝纠偏的焊缝跟踪系统,该系统能确保激光焊接过程中激光光点始终位于焊缝中间并沿焊接方向移动,从而可以提高焊缝质量。实验结果表明,该焊缝跟踪系统响应迅速、跟踪精度高,并具有良好的通用性。
A laser welding real-time seam tracking system is proposed. The system uses the cross slide table to realize the laser welding head follow-up, real-time data acquisition using the machine vision device, and real-time weld seam correction using the PMAC Tracking system that ensures that the laser spot is always in the middle of the weld and moves in the direction of the weld during laser welding to improve weld quality. The experimental results show that the weld tracking system has rapid response, high tracking accuracy and good versatility.
