目的:研究喉鳞状细胞癌组织中CDK2激酶在引起DNA异倍体发生过程中的作用。方法:取手术中获得的50例喉鳞状细胞癌组织,12例非典型增生组织和30例声带息肉组织,用γ-微管蛋白抗体标记中心体,用免疫组织化学的方法检测CDK2激酶、γ-微管蛋白的表达。结果:在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中CDK2激酶,γ-微管蛋白阳性率表达分别为68%(34/50),78%(10/15),二者的表达都显著高于声带息肉组织(P<0.05);在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中,CDK2激酶的表达与γ-微管蛋白的表达具有相关性。结论:喉鳞状细胞癌中CDK2过度表达导致肿瘤细胞增殖异常。在诊断和治疗喉鳞状细胞癌中,CDK2可能是一个有重要作用的指标。
Objective: To investigate the role of CDK2 kinase in DNA laryngeal squamous cell carcinogenesis induced by DNA aneuploidy. Methods: Fifty cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, 12 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 30 cases of vocal cord polyp were obtained from the operation. The central body was labeled with γ-tubulin antibody and the expression of CDK2 kinase was detected by immunohistochemistry. γ-tubulin expression. Results: The positive rates of CDK2 kinase and γ-tubulin in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were 68% (34/50) and 78% (10/15), respectively, which were significantly higher than those in vocal cord polyps (P <0.05). In laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of CDK2 kinase correlated with the expression of γ-tubulin. Conclusion: Overexpression of CDK2 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma leads to abnormal proliferation of tumor cells. In the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma, CDK2 may be an important indicator.
