研究不同热处理工艺对一种粉末冶金镍基高温合金组织性能的影响。从两种工艺热处理的俄罗斯的该类合金盘件上部分截取试样并进行了组织性能对比分析。结果表明,在γ’相完全溶解温度以上固溶处理后,淬火冷却速度和随后的时效方式直接影响γ’强化相、二次碳、硼化物析出的形貌、尺寸和分布。两种工艺热处理的试样中γ’强化相和碳、硼化物的不同匹配度决定其各自达到最佳的综合力学性能。二者的室温冲击韧性和650℃,980 MPa条件下的低周疲劳寿命和持久性能水平相当,相比之下,工艺Ⅰ试样的拉伸强度低于工艺Ⅱ试样,但工艺Ⅰ试样的塑性高于工艺Ⅱ。
The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and properties of a powder metallurgy Ni-based superalloy were investigated. The samples from the Russian-made alloy disk of these two kinds of heat treatment were intercepted and analyzed comparatively. The results show that the quenching cooling rate and the subsequent aging mode directly affect the morphology, size and distribution of γ ’strengthening phase, secondary carbon and boride precipitation after solution treatment above the complete dissolution temperature of γ’ phase. The heat treatment of the two samples γ ’strengthening phase and carbon, borides of different match their decision to achieve the best overall mechanical properties. Both the impact toughness at room temperature and 650 ℃, 980 MPa conditions, low cycle fatigue life and long-lasting performance level, in contrast, the tensile strength of the sample Ⅰ was lower than the process Ⅱ sample, but the sample Ⅰ The plasticity is higher than technology Ⅱ.
