新西兰罗克斯巴勒水库回水变动区的泥沙淤积造成同流量下的洪水位抬高,扩大了库区淹没范围。为减少未来洪灾,采用了部分降低库水位的冲沙方案,结果表明该冲沙方案不仅冲刷淤沙还可改变水库泥沙淤积部位。经一维数模计算可预计:若充分实施降低库水位冲沙方案,5年内遇有100年一遇的洪水也不会出现洪泛水位。
Sediment deposition in the fluctuating zone of backwater in Roxbalale Reservoir in New Zealand resulted in elevation of flood level under the same flow rate and expanded the flooded area in the reservoir area. In order to reduce future floods, a partial flushing scheme to reduce reservoir water level was adopted. The results show that the flushing scheme can not only flush silt but also change the reservoir sediment deposition site. The one-dimensional numerical model can be predicted: if fully implement the program of reducing the reservoir water level and flushing, floods will not occur in 100-year floods within 5 years.
