在现有压缩机供气有限的状况下,人工岛气举采油技术能实现高压气量在各连续气举井之间的合理分配,以得到最大的油田气举产量。NP13-X1055井是一口日产液>35 t,油压<5 MPa的高产井,于2009年12月5日进行气举阀工况测试。当注气量在7 100 m3/d时,产液量为31.9 t/d;随着注气量增大,产液量开始逐渐上升;当注气量增加到8 000 m3/d时,产液量达到了最大值,为38.6 t/d。因此通过优化注气,确定该井的最佳注气范围为7 800~8 300 m3/d,产液量最高。应用气举井优化配气测试技术,可以确定气举井的最佳注气点。
Under the condition of limited supply of existing compressors, artificial island gas lift technology can achieve reasonable distribution of high pressure gas between successive gas wells to obtain the maximum gas lift yield. The NP13-X1055 well is a high-yielding well with a daily output of> 35 t and a hydraulic pressure of <5 MPa. The gas lift test was conducted on December 5, 2009. When the gas injection volume is 7 100 m3 / d, the liquid production volume is 31.9 t / d. With the gas injection volume increasing, the liquid production volume begins to increase gradually.
