目的建立鸡骨草叶中3种黄酮碳苷含量的一测多评法(QAMS)。方法通过外标法建立并计算鸡骨草叶3种黄酮碳苷的含量(实测值),并以芹菜素-6,8-C-二葡萄糖苷为内标,建立其与芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷的相对校正因子(RCF),以该RCF计算芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷的含量(计算值),并比较计算值与实测值之间的差异,实现一测多评。结果芹菜素-6-C-阿拉伯糖-8-C-葡萄糖苷和芹菜素-6-C-葡萄糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷与芹菜素-6,8-C-二葡萄糖苷之间的RCF分别为1.02、1.31,建立的RCF具有良好重现性和稳定性,20批鸡骨草叶中三种黄酮碳苷含量的计算值与实测值的相对标准偏差<3.5%。结论本文建立的QAMS是快速准确可行的,可用于鸡骨草叶的质量评价。
Objective To establish a multi-assessment method (QAMS) for the content of three flavonoid glycosides in Abrus cesilina leaves. Methods The contents of three flavonoid glycosides in Abrus cantoneiensis leaves were established and calculated by the external standard method. With the addition of apigenin-6,8-C-diglucoside as internal standard, C-arabinosyl-8-C-glucoside and apigenin-6-C-glucose-8-C-arabinoside (RCF) C-glucoside and apigenin-6-C-glucose-8-C-arabinoside (calculated value), and comparing the difference between the calculated value and the measured value to achieve a multiple assessment. Results RCFs between apigenin-6-C-arabinose-8-C-glucoside and apigenin-6-C-glucose-8-C-arabinoside and apigenin-6,8-C-diglucoside Respectively, 1.02 and 1.31. The established RCF has good reproducibility and stability. The relative standard deviation (RSD) between calculated and measured values of three flavonoid glycosides in 20 batches of Abrus mollis is <3.5%. Conclusion The QAMS established in this paper is fast, accurate and feasible and can be used for the quality evaluation of Clover.
