“我想知道的,你偏偏没说;我不想知道的,你倒是说了不少。”不少编辑处理来稿时,常常这样对报道员慨叹。 “我费劲写的,你总是不采用;我随便写的,你却很快编发。”说起投稿经历,一些作者往往也有怨气。 这种在工作范围和业务层面上的矛盾关系,说到底是因为信息交流中存在着双向逆差——作者(当然也包括记者)与编辑之间信息互不对称,各自为对方提供的信息既呈现出某种程度的“剩余”,同时又显得格外“匮乏”。
