随着大学生党员人数的增加,大学生党建工作的日益完善,大学生党员的后续教育问题也逐步为高校教育工作着所重视,越来越多的人去研究、探索。本文在学生党员现有问题分析的基础上,以学生发展党员的的后续教育管理为突破口,研究大学生党员后续教育、管理、服务体系的构建。
With the increase of the number of university student party members, the gradual improvement of party building work by college students, the follow-up education of party members in higher education institutions have gradually taken seriously the work of higher education, and more and more people are studying and exploring. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of student party members, this paper takes the follow-up education management of student development party members as a breakthrough to study the construction of follow-up education, management and service system of college student party members.
