在我国今后相当长的时间里,企业离退休职工仍将是企业职工队伍管理的重要组成部分。企业离退休职工养老工作开展的好坏,是关系到职工队伍是否稳定、是否具有吸引力、凝聚力和向心力的重大问题。多年来,在各级领导的关怀下,石油石化企业老年事业取得了可喜的成果。离退休职工“六个老有”水平不断提高,“两项待遇”落实及时到位,老年文体活动丰富多彩,老年党建和老年活动阵地建设不断得到加强,企业老年事业取得了长足发展。本文从企业长远发展的角度,探讨了如何建立适合企业特色居家养老服务体系,确保企业稳定发展的具体问题。
