宝鸡—德阳±500千伏直流输电工程是西北-华中(四川)直流联网工程的重要组成部分,还是四川抗震救灾、恢复重建工程。该工程不仅能满足四川省季节性电能外送需要,减少丰水期弃水电量;同时由西北返送四川的火电又能解决四川省枯水期电力缺额问题,为四川灾后重建和实现两个区域间资源优化配置具有重要意义。
Baoji - Deyang ± 500 kV HVDC transmission project is an important part of Northwest - Central China (Sichuan) DC networking project, or Sichuan earthquake relief, reconstruction and reconstruction project. This project can not only meet the need of seasonal power outflow in Sichuan Province and reduce the amount of waste water during the wet season, but also return the power from Sichuan to the Sichuan Province to solve the power shortage in the dry season in Sichuan Province. Optimized configuration is important.
