在模数转换系统中,光模数转换(OADC)技术可增加系统带宽,提高采样速率,克服电子系统的瓶颈,成为目前研究者们研究的热点。讨论了光模数转换技术的分类,介绍了各类光模数转换技术的基本原理、实现方法以及技术特点。基于高速光采样和光量化,深入分析了采样脉冲生成、多通道并行复用、空间干涉、光学非线性效应应用等关键技术,并介绍了相关技术的研究进展和技术指标。
In analog to digital conversion system, optical analog-to-digital conversion (OADC) technology can increase the system bandwidth, increase the sampling rate and overcome the bottleneck of electronic systems. Discusses the classification of optical analog-digital conversion technology, and introduces the basic principles, implementation methods and technical features of various types of optical digital conversion technology. Based on the high-speed light sampling and light quantization, the key technologies of sampling pulse generation, multi-channel parallel multiplexing, space interference and the application of optical nonlinear effect are deeply analyzed. The research progress and technical indexes of related technologies are also introduced.
