:江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要思想是对我们党70多年历史经验的科学总结 ,是对马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论的新发展。在“三个代表”中 ,江泽民同志把“代表中国先进文化前进方向”作为党的建设一项根本任务提出来 ,具有深刻的思想内涵和伟大的实践价值。如果一个政党不能代表先进文化的前进方向 ,在文化建设上消极被动 ,就会丧失文化建设的主导性和主动权 ,就会丧失先进生产力代表的资格 ,就会丧失自己的立足之地 ,就不能领导一个国家在世界民族之林中站立起来。我们党要始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向 ,就要坚持邓小平理论的指导地位 ,大力发展和创新有中国特色社会主义文化。广大文化工作者要站在建设先进文化的最前沿 ,做先进文化的创造者、传播者、推进者。
