1984～1994年笔者对182例扁桃体手术患者,于局麻药中加氨基己酸(EACA),观察其扁桃体术后出血情况,并与不加该药者进行对比,发现局部应用EACA对术后出血有明显的预防作用。报告如下。
From 1984 to 1994, 182 patients with tonsil surgery were treated with aminocaproic acid (EACA) in local anesthetic. The bleeding of tonsil was observed and compared with those without the drug.
