学校管理中,现在大家都很强调经济手段,那么,经济手段之外,是否还存在“另一手”呢?笔者曾经在本市各区、县调查过一些学校,发现:并非所有的物质待遇好、奖金发得多的学校,教育质量就一定高;同样的,并非所有经济待遇相对较差的学校,教育质量都不行。这是为什么?笔者在调查后体会到:工作条件、物质条件与教育质量、办学效益并不是呈现线性的函数关系。用经济手段和物质利益来刺激办学活力,激发教职员工的积极性,有一定的作用。但是,我们在看到这种方法的正效应的同时,不能不对它引起的种种负效应作更深层次的思考。我们是社会主义的学校,学校的根本
In school management, everyone now emphasizes economic means. Then, is there an “other hand” outside of economic means? The author once investigated a number of schools in various districts and counties in the city and found that not all material benefits are good. The quality of education is surely higher for schools with a much better prize. Similarly, not all schools with relatively poor economic treatment will not be of good quality. Why is this? After the investigation, the author realized that: working conditions, material conditions and education quality, and the benefits of running a school are not a linear functional relationship. The use of economic means and material interests to stimulate the vitality of running schools and stimulate the enthusiasm of teaching staff has a certain role.
