为探讨噪声对心脏的影响,预防噪声的损伤、阐明噪声作用机理,用光镜和电镜观察实验大鼠心肌结构,检测其心肌组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的水平。结果显示:暴露组心肌肌原纤维、线粒体受到严重破坏,LPO显著升高,GSH-PX明显降低,与丹参组和对照组相比,具有统计学意义。丹参组心肌受损较轻。LPO、GSH-PX和SOD在丹参组和对照组间虽有差异,但不具统计学意义,初步认为,噪声暴露损伤心肌,其机理与LPO和GSH-PX变化有关。
In order to explore the impact of noise on the heart, to prevent the damage of noise, to clarify the mechanism of noise effect, the myocardial structure was observed by light and electron microscope, and the myocardial tissue lipid peroxides (LPO), glutathione peroxides Enzyme (GSH-PX), superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. The results showed that the exposed myocardium myofibrils, mitochondria were severely damaged, LPO was significantly increased, GSH-PX was significantly lower, compared with Salvia group and control group, with statistical significance. Danshen group myocardial damage less. LPO, GSH-PX and SOD in the Salvia group and control group although there are differences, but not statistically significant, presumed that noise exposure damage the myocardium, the mechanism of LPO and GSH-PX changes.
