随着经济社会的发展和科学技术的进步,环境污染、生态破坏和资源危机等环境问题相当突出。环境法的地位和作用越来越突出。但在法学教学中,环境法课程的地位和作用远没有得到重视,教学效果也并不理想。本文拟从师资力量、课堂教学、教材建设等方面对环境法的教学提出相应的改革措施。
With the development of economy and society and the advancement of science and technology, environmental problems such as environmental pollution, ecological damage and resource crisis have become quite prominent. The status and role of environmental law are becoming more and more prominent. However, in law teaching, the status and role of the environmental law curriculum are far from being taken seriously, and the teaching effect is not satisfactory either. This article intends to put forward corresponding reform measures to the teaching of environmental law from the aspects of teacher’s strength, classroom teaching and teaching material construction.
