战时、炎区与缺乏蔬叶的地区,野菜常被采用作为食物,因此野菜对供给人体所需的抗壞血酸有一定意义。在抗英援朝战争时期,朝鲜的野菜曾被广泛的采用:已经分析的73种朝鲜野菜中大多数含有(?)富的抗壞血酸。国内野菜中抗壞血酸的含量已往也有一些报道。本文报告上海地区常见野菜、树叶及其他少数植物中抗壞血酸的含量。
In wartime, inflammation and lack of vegetable areas, wild vegetables are often used as food, so wild plants have some significance for the supply of ascorbic acid needed by the human body. North Korea’s wild plants were widely adopted during the War to Resist Aid Korea. Most of the 73 North Korean wild plants analyzed have (?) Rich ascorbic acid. Ascorbic acid content in the wild has also been reported in the past. This article reports the prevalence of ascorbic acid in common wild plants, leaves and other small plants in Shanghai.
