我国的行政事业单位体制不断进行改革,行政事业单位的职能不断完善,对财务管理制度提出了更高的要求。行政事业单位区别于企业的财务管理特点和目标需要以全新的视角来审视其内在的运行机理。文章从界定行政事业单位财务管理的特点和目标出发,分析了行政事业单位财务管理存在的问题,有针对性地提出了解决对策。
The system of administrative units in our country carries on the reform unceasingly, and the functions of the administrative units continue to improve, putting forward higher requirements on the financial management system. Different from the characteristics and goals of the financial management of the enterprises, the administrative institutions need to examine their inner operation mechanism with a new perspective. Based on defining the characteristics and goals of the financial management of the administrative units, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of the administrative units, and puts forward some countermeasures.
