本文就食用菌子实体因条件因子调控形成的 形态学变化在商品市场中产生的重要价值和作用进行 了浅议,并认为食用菌产品形态学变化是以生物学特性 的条件控制为基础的,食用菌生物学特性研究应以市场 价值取向为前导,推动产品形态学的发展,从栽培研究、 产品形态、市场价值三个层面去研究食用菌的条件栽培 是世界性食用菌生产发展的总趋势。
In this paper, the important value and function of the edible mushroom fruiting bodies in the commodity market due to the morphological changes regulated by conditional factors were discussed. The morphological changes of the edible fungus products were based on the biological control of the conditions, The study on the biological characteristics of bacteria should take the market value orientation as the leading factor to promote the development of the product morphology. It is the general trend of the world edible fungus production to study the condition cultivation of the edible fungus from three aspects of cultivation research, product form and market value.
