弹丸在膛内的攻角变化及其影响因素是发射动力学研究的重要内容,而测量弹丸膛内攻角变化则是实现此项研究的前提,并见过不少这方面的报导。 本文介绍一种采用激光源及高速摄影机的测量系统。此系统的特点是:(1)能同时测量弹丸的攻角,转速及炮管的振动等参量随时间的变化规律。(2)可以实现白天拍照。(3)光路系统不用抛物面镜,使成本大大降低。调整并配置摄影光学系统,从而充分利用底片来记录所需的信息。 经过射击实验,已获得了弹丸的膛内攻角曲线,证明该系统是可行的。
The angle of attack of the projectile in the bore and its influencing factors are the important contents of the launching kinetics. The measurement of the angle of attack in the projectile bore is the prerequisite for this research and many reports have been received. This article describes a measurement system that uses a laser source and a high-speed camera. The system is characterized by: (1) can simultaneously measure the projectile angle of attack, speed and barrel vibration and other parameters with time variation. (2) can take pictures during the day. (3) optical system without parabolic mirror, so that the cost is greatly reduced. Adjust and configure the photographic optical system to take full advantage of the film to record the desired information. After the shooting experiment, we got the curve of the projectile’s bore angle of attack, which proves the system is feasible.
