目的:观察克银Ⅰ号方对寻常型银屑病患者表皮角朊细胞中c-myc表达的影响;方法:应用免疫组化法检测寻常型银屑病患者治疗前后角朊细胞中c-myc的表达,将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例服用克银Ⅰ号方,对照组20例服用阿维A胶囊,并与正常对照组11例作对比。结果:银屑病患者皮损处的表达明显增高,与正常对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组治疗后c-myc表达水平均下降,与正常对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。角朊细胞中c-myc的表达水平与银屑病的病理改变明显相关。结论:克银Ⅰ号方治疗银屑病可通过降低表皮角朊细胞中c-myc的表达水平发生治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of ginkin Ⅰ on the expression of c-myc in keratinocytes in patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods: The expression of c-myc in keratinocytes in patients with psoriasis vulgaris was detected by immunohistochemistry 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group taking 40 grams of silver I, the control group of 20 patients taking Avia A capsule and compared with the normal control group of 11 cases. Results: The expression of c-myc in the lesions of patients with psoriasis was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P <0.01). The c-myc expression levels in both groups were decreased after treatment, showing no significant difference from the normal control group (P> 0.05). The expression of c-myc in keratinocytes is significantly correlated with the pathological changes of psoriasis. CONCLUSION: The treatment of psoriasis with Ke Yin Ⅰ Prescription can reduce the expression of c-myc in keratinocytes.
