最近,中央决定再开放十四个沿海城市。这样,四个特区、十四个沿海开放城市加上海南岛,一共有十九个地区要开放。这些地区有的叫经济特区,有的叫经济开发区。为什么要采取这样的措施?经济特区的发展前景如何?有些什么问题?这都是应该引起我们注意并加以认真探讨的。
Recently, the Central Government decided to reopen 14 coastal cities. In this way, the four special economic zones and 14 open coastal cities plus Hainan Island will open a total of 19 areas. Some of these areas are called special economic zones, and some are called economic development zones. Why should such measures be taken? What are the prospects for the development of the special economic zones? What are the problems? All these should have drawn our attention and seriously discussed.
