长沙磁浮快线是我国首条具有自主知识产权的中低速磁浮商业运营线,作为关键技术之一的轨道系统,轨道梁的生产成本和精度控制影响着今后中低速磁浮交通的推广使用。结合长沙中低速磁悬浮轨道梁的结构特点,从模板系统、混凝土配制浇筑、张拉压浆、养护及BIM技术应用等方面,介绍了中低速磁悬浮轨道梁关键制造技术的改进措施和控制要点;结合磁浮梁场的生产能力,对梁场主要机械设备配置进行了简述,为今后中低速磁悬浮施工项目提供经验借鉴。
Changsha Maglev Express is the first low-speed maglev commercial operation line with independent intellectual property rights in China. As one of the key technologies, the production cost and precision control of the orbital beam affect the popularization and application of medium and low speed maglev transportation. Based on the structural characteristics of low and medium speed maglev track beam in Changsha, this paper introduces the improvement measures and key points of the key manufacturing techniques for low and medium speed maglev track beam from aspects of formwork system, concrete pouring, tension grouting, curing and application of BIM technology. Maglev beam production capacity of the field, beam field of the main machinery and equipment configuration are described for the future of low-speed maglev construction project to provide experience to learn from.
