伴随着我国民航业的快速发展,国内航空运价改革也不断深入,逐步实现了由政府定价向政府指导价的转变,适应了民航体制改革,促进了民航平稳较快发展。但随着近年国内经济快速发展,居民可支配收入提高以及物价水平的快速上升,原运价管理机制亟需优化调整,尤其是打开航空公司自主调整价格的空间,促进航空公司更好地应对新的形势变化,应对国际竞争和高铁竞争,实现健康发展。
