用放免法测定了6例无脑畸形胎儿(AF)的胃肠胰组织生长抑素(SS),β-内啡肽(β-EP),甲硫脑啡肽(M-ENK)及亮脑啡肽(L-ENK)的浓度;并用葡聚糖凝胶层析法分析了AF胃窦及回肠提取物的SS的分子形式。结果发现AF胃肠胰组织内的SS和鸦片样肽(OP)的浓度,SS的分子形式及体重与正常胎儿比较均无明显差别。说明尽管脑组织,肠神经系统及胃肠胰内分泌细胞均起源于神经板,但AF的脑组织因为某种原因停止发育后,神经板仍继续发育为神经嵴,后者再继续演化为肠神经系统及胃肠胰内分泌细胞。且说明胎儿发育期间在无脑组织发育时,含SS及OP的肠神经系统及胃肠胰内分泌细胞仍能正常发育
The levels of somatostatin (SS), beta-endorphin (β-EP), M-ENK and bright brain of gastrointestinal pancreatic tissue in 6 cases of anencephaly fetus (AF) Enkephalin (L-ENK); and the molecular form of SS of AF gastric antrum and ileum extract was analyzed by Sephadex. The results showed that the concentration of SS and opioid peptide (OP) in AF gastrointestinal pancreatic tissue, the molecular form of SS and body weight compared with normal fetuses were no significant difference. Although the brain tissue, the enteric nervous system and the gastrointestinal pancreatic endocrine cells originate from the nerve plate, the brain tissue of AF still stops developing into neural crest after some reason. The latter continues to evolve into the enteric nerve System and gastrointestinal pancreatic endocrine cells. And that during fetal development in the absence of brain tissue development, SS and OP-containing enteric nervous system and gastrointestinal pancreatic endocrine cells still normal development
