为了配合我国’95全国科技大会的胜利召开,我《世界科技研究与发展》杂志社及编辑部于1995年4月4日在北京玉渊潭公园望海楼专门组织召开了一次“‘科教兴国’学术圆桌会”,邀请了各界专家学者共16人参加。他们是(按姓名笔划顺序):丁晓良(中国科学院计划财务局学术秘书,工学博士),王兴成(中国社会科学院文献情报中心研究员);王声孚(中国科学院计划财务局副局长,高级工程师,本刊编委会副主任);王绶琯(中国科学院院士,中国科学院北京天文台台长);邓寿鹏(国务院发展研究中心技术经济局局长,研究员,高级工程师);方新(中国科学院科技政策与管理研究所,研究员);孙枢(中国科学院院士,国家自然科学基金会副主任);许志强(本杂志社社长兼编委会主任,中国科学院成都文献情报中心副主任,研究员);
