To investigate the effect of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) on testosterone (T) secretion by different injection methods, four normal adult men were given a single hCG 2000 IU intramuscular injection, a 2-day continuous intramuscular injection and a 3-day interval repetition Intramuscular injection, and compared the difference between the three kinds of injections induced T and estradiol (E2) secretion reaction.
