本文研究了口灌 3种剂量的复方磺胺甲基异口恶唑 (0 2g/kg ,1 0g/kg ,2 0g/kg)后中华鳖消化道内好氧和兼性厌氧细菌的数量及组成的变化。结果表明 :每千克鳖体重口灌剂量为 0 2g、1 0g和 2 0g时 ,消化道不同部位的细菌数量变化有较大的区别 ,食道和胃中的细菌数量变化并不明显 ,而大肠中的细菌数量变化非常显著。用药后 ,大肠中的优势菌群构成并没有改变 ,但各优势菌群的比例发生了一定的变化 ,其中肠杆菌 (Enterobaoteri aceae)、气单胞菌 (Aeromonas)和弧菌 (Vibrio)均有不同程度地下降 ,芽胞杆菌 (Bacillus)升高 ;当用药剂量为 1 0g/kg和 2 0g/kg时 ,大肠中的细菌类群显著减少
