目的:分析菊科香青属植物黄腺香青挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对其成分进行分析。结果:挥发油中主要含有4(14),11-桉叶二烯、α-红没药醇、6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮、氧化石竹烯、α-芹子烯等。结论:首次采用气相色谱-质谱法分析黄腺香青挥发油的化学成分,为黄腺香青的进一步研究及开发利用提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil of the genus Asclepias in Compositae. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and its composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: Essential oils contained 4 (14), 11-eucalyptol, α-bisabolol, 6,10,14-trimethyl-2-pentadecanone, Ene and so on. Conclusion: The chemical constituents of the essential oil of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for the first time, which provided a scientific basis for the further research, development and utilization of Radix Aconitum.
