介绍了一种自校准压电加速度计,即在其内部设计二组元件,一组为驱动元件、一组为敏感元件。驱动元件在外加电压作用下对敏感元件产生激励信号,压电加速度计因此输出电信号,我们将此参数叫自校准系数。在实际校准时,检测自校准系数是否改变来判断该加速度计性能是否改变,分析了影响自校准系数的因素,提出了改善自校准系数的几项措施,探讨了自校准功能的增加对压电加速度计测振参数的影响。
A self-calibrating piezoelectric accelerometer is introduced, that is, two sets of elements are designed in the interior, one is the driving element and the other is the sensitive element.
