本文对20例胃癌细胞原发性MDR1mRNA水平进行检测,并且对其影响肿瘤细胞mdr-1基因表达的因素采用多因素电子计算机Logistic回归模型进行分析。结果显示:胃癌细胞MDR1mRNA表达与年龄、性别、肿瘤的大小、分期、分化程度等因素之间无统计学关系(P>0.1);与肿瘤的淋巴结转移(P=0.0107)、局部组织浸润(P=0.0009)关系密切。提示:胃癌病人术后化疗方案的设计应根据肿瘤细胞mdr-1基因检测结果而拟定。对术中肿瘤已有淋巴结转移和(或)已有局部组织浸润的胃癌病人,应尤为重视其MDR1mRNA表达的检测,以选择最适宜的化疗方案,达到满意的化疗目的。
In this paper, the primary MDR1 mRNA levels in 20 gastric cancer cells were detected, and factors that affect the mdr-1 gene expression in tumor cells were analyzed using a multi-factor computer logistic regression model. The results showed that there was no statistical relationship between MDR1 mRNA expression and age, gender, tumor size, stage, differentiation degree and other factors (P>0.1); lymph node metastasis with tumor (P=0.0107), local Tissue infiltration (P=0.0009) is closely related. Tip: The design of postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer patients should be based on the mdr-1 gene detection results of tumor cells. For patients with gastric cancer who have already had lymph node metastasis and/or have local tissue infiltration, it should pay special attention to the detection of MDR1 mRNA expression to select the most appropriate chemotherapy regimen to achieve satisfactory chemotherapy.
