目的 探讨老年高血压患者150例行缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗的价值评估。方法 将2015年1月~2017年12月在我院心内科治疗的老年高血压患者150例随机分为两组,对照组单用缬沙坦治疗,

目的 探讨老年高血压患者150例行缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗的价值评估。方法 将2015年1月~2017年12月在我院心内科治疗的老年高血压患者150例随机分为两组,对照组单用缬沙坦治疗,观察组采用缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平。结果 观察组治疗有效率为92%,明显高于对照组的72%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组治疗后收缩压、舒张压水平明显较对照组控制平稳,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组间不良反应发生率无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论 老年高血压患者行缬沙坦氨氯地平片
