拳击运动有着悠久的历史,男子拳击运动在世界上早已兴盛,2012年女子拳击正式被奥运会接纳。研究青少年心理成长和成熟的影响因素,对有效提高青少年拳击运动成绩有一定的帮助。本研究得出拳击训练各个年龄段的水平不宜超越运动员身体发展的自然基础;拳击运动有利于促进青少年骨骼系统、神经系统、肌肉系统、心血管系统进一步生长完善,青少年拳击运动员力量、速度、耐力、柔韧性、协调性、灵敏性及有氧和无氧供能能力不同阶段呈现不同的发展趋势,建议教练员关注其个性特点,因材施教。
Boxing has a long history of men’s boxing in the world has long been prosperous, 2012 women’s boxing officially accepted by the Olympic Games. Studying the influencing factors of mental growth and maturity of adolescents will help to improve the performance of adolescent boxing games. The research shows that the boxing training should not exceed the natural foundation of the athletes’ body development at all ages. Boxing is helpful to promote the further development of young skeletal system, nervous system, muscular system and cardiovascular system. The strength, speed, endurance of young boxers , Flexibility, coordination, sensitivity and different stages of aerobic and anaerobic energy supply showed different trends, it is recommended that coaches pay attention to their personality traits, individualized.
