在中职学校中,学生难管难教的问题普遍存在,尤其是工学班学生的管理更是困难重重。这部分学生半天学习,半天工作,学习基础较差,学习能力不足,很多学生来自贫困家庭和单亲家庭,自信心不足,行为习惯较差,脾气暴躁,难于沟通和管理;但他们大多动手能力较强,内心渴望被肯定、被鼓励、被表扬。面对这种情况,作为班主任,应了解学生的思想状态与心理特点,针对学生的行为特点与行为方式,有的放矢地加以引导和教育,用心做好班主任对班级的管理工作。
